Tuning....A LOT... $5-$700??

Those are just what you could kinda call mods. Other than that, I've paid for:
2 fuel controllers
all the parts needed for 60K tune up
replaced an Optima batt I blew up
replaced an alternator
replaced master slave for brakes AND clutch
real main seal
Redline in tranny and rear
3rd set of 18" tires
replaced oil sending unit
replaced speed sensor
replaced rear lower A-Arm (tweeked it slightly on a curb)
crazy alarm system
New fog lights (stock)
replaced both temp sensors
replaced the tension rods
replaced O2 sensors
bought the car in Dec 1997 w/ 64K miles for $12,500
now has 89K miles. So, all this in ~25K miles
Doesn't include the many fluid changes, registration, and very minor maint (wipers, bulbs, plugs, gas =)
I had quite a few thousand in stereo equipment that I've removed.
-Tranny is hosed, soon to buy another
-needs new steering wheel, rear interior, and seat kit
-saving for a trip to Cali (drop the Z off with Greg D.) bore, cams, injectors, turbos, lifters..... All depends how much $ finds it's way to the "left over" catagory after more important things.
